So, currently you do not have to wear a mask when flying AirConnect.

You can bring hand sanitizer, but only according to the regulations concerning the carriage of liquids.

Do I need to hold a negative Covid test certificate for my flight?

A negative Covid-19 test result is not an airline requirement, but rather it is dependent on the entry regulations of the authorities at the destinations concerned.
Make sure that you have all the necessary documents at the start of your journey and for your entire trip. Subject to the regulations of the relevant authorities, the airline may refuse carriage should a passenger not meet the entry requirements for the transfer/destination country.
