The online check-in service is available 3 days before the departure date and up to 3 hours before the departure time. You can go here to check-in online.
If you have hold baggage, you must be in the airport at least 2 hours before take-off for baggage drop-off. If you do not have hold baggage, you should be in the airport at least 90 minutes before the departure time, with the boarding pass printed or in digital format.
If you have special needs (pregnant, unaccompanied minor, reduced mobility due to any disability or age), you must be in the airport 2 hours before take-off, even if you opt for the online check-in.
If you are coming from a non-UE/ EEA country, you must first go to the check-in counter for a document check.
Check-in at the airport starts 2 hours before take-off for all our flights. Check-in counters close 40 minutes before the flight.
At the airport you must present the flight ticket (electronic or printed), a valid identity card or passport (as the case may be), the documents necessary to enter the destination country (visa) if required, the hold baggage to be weighed, as well as the hand baggage to be checked if it falls within the weight and size limits.
