How can I pay for a booking?
You can pay with a credit or debit card.
Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro if they have CVV2 / CVC2 code).
No additional transaction fees are charged.
Card data processing is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
The security of the information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store the confidential data of the card, but sends it encrypted on a secure connection to the processing bank. This way your information is secure.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in the currency of your choice for booking tickets, using the exchange rate of your bank.
For payment by card, the transaction will appear on the account statement under the name AIR CONNECT AVIATION.

How can I view and print out a summary of my booking details?
You can search your booking here and print or save your e-tickets.
How can I book when we are 10 or more people?
You can benefit from a group offer, so please go here to fill in the form.
If you are not interested in the group offer, you must split the booking into two or more, each booking including up to 9 passengers.

I need a bill for my booking
During booking, you can check that you need an invoice and fill-in the requested information. If you did not request the invoice during booking, please send us an email with the company details to issue your bill.
